Terms of Service

Read the terms for using Musiclly, including account rules, credits and payments, AI-generated content, commercial use, and acceptable use.

2026/08/13

Welcome to Musiclly, an AI-powered music platform that helps creators write, arrange, produce and edit original music. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. Please read them before using Musiclly.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Musiclly, creating an account or purchasing a plan, you confirm that you:

  • are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live;
  • have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement;
  • agree to follow these Terms, our other policies, and all applicable laws.

If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.

2. Description of the Service

Musiclly provides tools that let you:

  • generate songs or instrumentals from a description or lyrics;
  • generate and compare lyric drafts;
  • extend audio you own or have permission to modify;
  • preview, save and download the output formats offered by each released tool.

Some tools run entirely in your browser and need no account. Others run in the cloud and consume credits. The service evolves continuously, and we may add, change or retire features.

3. Accounts

An account is required for the tools that run in the cloud. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been used without your permission, contact us at support@musiclly.com.

4. Plans, Credits and Payment

Musiclly offers a free tier and paid plans. Paid plans are billed automatically for the interval you choose (monthly or yearly) until you cancel; cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period and can be done from your account at any time.

Actions that use cloud processing consume credits. The credit cost of an action is shown on the button before you confirm it. Credits included with a plan reset each billing cycle; credit packs bought separately are valid for 12 months and stack on top of your plan.

Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not receive or store your full card details.

5. Refunds

Because credits grant immediate access to cloud processing, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been spent. We will look at refund requests made within 7 days of purchase, and we refund in cases of duplicate billing or a technical failure on our side. Write to support@musiclly.com. The full conditions are set out in the Refund Policy.

If a generation fails for a reason on our side, the credits held for it are released back to your balance automatically — you do not need to ask.

6. Ownership and Licence

You retain the rights you already hold in material you upload. Subject to these Terms and the rights of third parties, Musiclly grants you a licence to use eligible output generated through the service:

  • Free tier — output is licensed for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Paid plans — output includes a commercial licence: you may publish, distribute, monetise and modify it, including on YouTube, streaming platforms, games, film, podcasts and advertising.

Copyright and ownership of AI-generated material vary by jurisdiction and are not guaranteed by Musiclly. Paid-plan commercial rights are a contractual licence to use eligible output; they do not transfer rights in third-party material or guarantee copyright protection.

Musiclly and its licensors retain their rights in the service, software, interface, brand and infrastructure.

You are responsible for making sure your prompts, uploads and output comply with applicable law and do not infringe anyone else's rights.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Musiclly to:

  • create or distribute illegal, hateful, harassing or deceptive content;
  • clone or imitate a real person's voice or likeness without their permission;
  • upload material you do not have the rights to, or infringe copyright, trademark or other intellectual property;
  • attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the platform's integrity, or circumvent credit limits;
  • resell or redistribute the service itself, or use automated means to extract it in bulk.

Breaking these rules can lead to suspension or termination of your account.

8. Intellectual Property

The Musiclly name, logo, site content, code and design elements belong to us or their respective licensors and may not be copied, modified or redistributed without written permission. Your permitted use of eligible output is covered by Section 6.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Musiclly is provided "as is" and "as available";
  • we make no warranty as to reliability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability;
  • we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost data, profits or business opportunities;
  • your sole remedy if you are unhappy with the service is to stop using it.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, shows signs of fraud or abuse, or where we are required to by law. On termination your right to use the service ends immediately. Licences already granted for eligible, fully paid output remain subject to these Terms.

You can request account closure and deletion by writing to support@musiclly.com. See the Privacy Policy for how deletion requests and legally required records are handled.

11. Governing Law

Applicable law and the forum for a dispute are determined by mandatory law and relevant conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived. A registered operator and chosen governing-law clause will be published before Musiclly begins accepting live payments.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page with its effective date shown above. Continuing to use Musiclly after an update means you accept the new Terms; we will flag material changes by email or in the app.
